Plug in lesson help please

I hope someone can help me on this

Like all of you doing the plug in lessons I have received my first lesson, but, unlike some of you, I cannot start it

When I opened the lesson I had a message telling me Outlook Express had removed the image so I thought if I forwarded the lesson to myself it might work, but, a box popped up telling me Microsoft had blocked the image!

Now, I don't have a lot of images in my stock so would like to use the ones in the lessons. I have emailed my Mod with this problem hoping she can help but can anyone advise me what to do with this problem?

Hi I have the same problem but my very nice Mod sends the lessons to my googlemail-address now. That works. I don't know if you have a gmail-address but it is free and very easy to use

Thanks for replying. I already have a googlemail address but it's still not working........I'm confused as they work ok with the winni lesson images

I hope someone can help you - I don't have any other ideas. Maybe a security issue?

I don't think it's a security issue as I can download all images that are attached to the winni lessons, it's just the plug-in group I am having problems with. My mod has replied and suggested I search Microsoft for some information so am going to do that

I'm sure I will get it sorted out sometime, it might take a while, but I'll get there eventually

Now you do not write if you get the lesson sent directly or as an attachment, but I know that it works best if you get lessons directly.

My lessons are sent as an attachment, but, I have now solved the issue by going into Microsoft and putting 'images blocked in email'. I followed the instructions and now have no problems with the lessons
